Within hours of the call to national and international mobilization called by the group of relatives of Mapuche political prisoners, was now a mass march through the streets of Barcelona which ended with delivering a letter to the Chilean consulate to the President of the Republic. The letter expresses concern about the humanitarian situation and the judiciary of the 32 Mapuche political prisoners who are on hunger strike since 12 July.
The letter was accompanied by the signing of dozens of groups and organizations and hundreds of signatures on a personal basis be strongly supporting the demands of the Mapuche political prisoners:
- The non-application of the antiterrorism law in their judgments.
- Do not be tried by military courts. Freedom
- everyone (as) prisoners (as) political (as) Mapuche. Term
- the militarization of areas on the Mapuche land conflict (PaĆs Mapuche).
In this sense the civil platform for freedom of the Mapuche political prisoners, Barcelona, \u200b\u200bcontinue to watch and support the initiatives emanating from the Association of Relatives of the Mapuche Political Prisoners.
